Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, shipping may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, automatically applied at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes — items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Product & Fit
How do your products fit?
Our apparel is designed with an athletic, comfortable fit. Some pieces are relaxed or unisex, while others are more fitted. Fit notes are included on each product page.
What size should I order?
We recommend ordering your true size unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
Are the leggings thick enough for cooler weather?
Yes. Our leggings are made with a thicker, supportive performance fabric designed for cooler temperatures and added coverage.
Care & Materials
How should I care for my Parkside pieces?
For best results, machine wash cold with like colors and hang to dry. Avoid high heat to maintain fit and fabric performance.
Will items shrink?
When cared for as recommended, shrinkage should be minimal.
Availability & Restocks
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We produce in small batches, so restocks aren’t guaranteed. When possible, we’ll restock popular items.
